This is how I imagine the end of the war. Yes, Sakura gets the same technique as Tsunade. As for why her hair is long ,my plot bunnies came up with the excuse that if Sakura were to activate the Genesis Rebirth jutsu her hair will grow long. DON'T ASK HOW.
